The JBL GTO1214<\/a><\/strong> is a really nice sounding 12″\u00a0sub-woofer but that is to be expected from a company that has been making speakers for over 60+ years.<\/p>\n

The\u00a0GTO1214<\/strong> has a nice mix of the sound that you would expect from 10″ and 15″ subs, so it is not a bad option if you like the punch of a 10″ and also the low tones from a 15″ sub.<\/p>\n

It has a single voice coil and is a 4 ohm sub-woofer.\u00a0 The RMS rating is 350w and can handle 1400w at peak.\u00a0 The sensitivity rating on the GTO1214<\/strong> is 90 dB making it a little bit higher sensitivity than the 88dB of the JBL<\/strong>\u00a0GTO1014<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n
