Its not very often that a Digital Designs Z Series<\/a><\/strong> gets brought here in little old New Zealand<\/strong>, what is even more rare is a customer that will happily let me open the box so we could take a photos of it!<\/p>\n

Today here at ABTEC<\/a><\/strong> is a very exciting day, not only have we sold a DD-Z15-D2<\/a><\/strong> but the owner was kind enough to let me unpack it to share to the world on facebook! Even though the Z15<\/strong> isn’t mine I had that same familiar feeling of being a 5 year old on his birthday unwrapping the Tonka Truck Granddad gave me that I got when unwrapping the Z18<\/strong>!<\/p>\n

This time round the Z<\/strong> didn’t bite me, CLICK HERE<\/a><\/strong> to read about the Z18<\/strong> biting me if you want a laugh at my\u00a0expense. There is something\u00a0majestic about the Z Series<\/strong> sub-woofers that for some reason I can’t put my finger on, is it carbon dust caps, the motor that looks like it would belong on a\u00a0nuclear missile or just the fact that it screams perfection?<\/p>\n

What ever it is, the Z<\/strong> just stands above all others in looks, weight and most of all sound! I spent a good two to three months daily driving a Z<\/strong> around and I can tell you now the new owner (You know who you are<\/strong>) of the Z15<\/strong> is going to have a grin from ear-to-ear when he finally has it running in his car.<\/p>\n

I better not make this into a novel as I could write about the Z series<\/strong> all day and I would if I had the time too! I’ll end this with a massive THANK YOU<\/strong> to the NEW Z15<\/strong> owner for allowing me the honour of unwrapping it so Ashley<\/a><\/strong> can take photos and I can’t wait to hear this once its all run in!<\/p>\n

I bet you all that the new owner just can’t wait to terrorize the streets of Auckland<\/strong> with New Zealands first Z15<\/strong> too!<\/p>\n
